Who operates Graith

Graith AI Risk Watch is operated by SURGE Intelligence Pty Ltd under the Graith brand. For privacy or subscription questions, contact lawrence@surgeintel.com.

Information collected

When you subscribe or contact us, we may collect your email address, name, organisation, role, subscription tier, consent source, campaign source, unsubscribe status and email delivery events such as bounces or complaints.

How the information is used

We use this information to send Graith AI Risk Watch briefings, maintain consent and suppression records, manage paid subscriptions, prevent unwanted email, monitor product performance and respond to support requests.

Systems used

Subscription and consent records are maintained in SURGE-controlled systems, including Supabase as the CRM/compliance ledger and Resend as the email delivery provider. Payment information is handled by Stripe; Graith does not store card numbers.

Unsubscribe and suppression

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting lawrence@surgeintel.com. We keep suppression records so unsubscribed, bounced or complaining addresses are not knowingly sent future campaigns.

Access and correction

You may ask what subscription information we hold about you, request correction, or request removal from active marketing lists by emailing Lawrence.
